From a young age, creativity has been a cornerstone of her life. As she immersed herself in art classes beyond the confines of school, her artistic journey was first showcased at just ten years old when she made an appearance in the local newspaper. As a teenager she, honed her skills and nurtured her passion, this dedication of culminated in a proud moment during high school when her work was selected among a few to be exhibited at the Two Rivers Gallery in Prince George, BC.

As she transitioned into adulthood, the demands of work and life pulled her away from the canvas, and for over a decade her artistic expression was set aside. However, upon reaching the age of thirty and with the birth of her son, she felt a profound urge to reconnect with her inner child. She embarked on a new artistic journey, channeling her experiences and emotions into a collection of mixed media.

Her recent participation in her first art exhibit, EX SITU, symbolizes a pivotal shift from an aspiring artist to a recognized creator. This experience not only showcased her work but also led to her new role as an Art Teacher, allowing her to embrace her inner child and complete a full circle moment in her artistic journey.
